The Pre Season Inspection Package includes:
Cooling System
- Inspect and Clean Sea Water Strainer
- Inspect all Sea Water Cooling Hoses and Pipes
- Inspect and Clean Sea Water Intercooled Heat Exchanger Core
- Inspect and Clean Gearbox Oil Heat Exchanger Core
- Replace Sea Water Pump Impellor
- Inspect Fresh Water Cooling System
- Top up Fresh Water Cooling System
- Inspect Fresh Water Additive Condition and Concentration
- Inspect Engine for Sea Water Leaks
- Inspect Engine for Fresh Water Leaks
Oil and Fuel
- Inspect Primary Fuel Filter and Bowl
- Check Engine Oil Level
- Check Gearbox Oil Level
- Inspect Fuel and Injector Lines
- Inspect Fuel Pump for Leaks

Electrical
- Carry out Electronic Engine Diagnosis Tests for check to Engine Faults (Electronic Engines Only)

- Check Battery Voltage and Condition
- Load Test Batteries
- Inspect and Test Engine Stop Solenoid (Mechanical Engines Only)
